At some point you may see something out of place. Don't worry. At the top left you have my phone number and my email. You can contact me whenever you see it necessary. Both by email and WhatsApp or by calling me directly. I am at your service.
Accepted payment methods
Through debit or credit cards. We use the Stripe platform that is independent from us to guarantee payment security.
Cancellation policy
It is possible that you change your mind and up to 30 days before the start of your reservation I will not apply any type of surcharge.
From 30 days before and up to two weeks before I will retain 50% since it increases the difficulty of find a new client with such little time.
If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the start of the stay, a refund will not be possible.

Still, we are human, if there is a reason of weight (death of a close family member, accident with hospitalization) I am open to listening to you and reviewing the issue with you.
What is included in the stay?
The houses come fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, iron, dishes, etc. Depending on the accommodation there will be a washing machine, dishwasher or other appliances that are specified in the details of the stay.

It is possible to use the barbecue as long as it is used responsibly. We don't want to start a fire, right?
In certain situations, the city council prohibits lighting fires due to extreme fire risk. In those cases it cannot be used and we will notify you.

It is possible to use fireplaces responsibly. Do not add a lot of firewood, at night we recommend that you turn it off completely to avoid accidents. There are electric radiators and blankets that will keep you from getting cold.

how can I make a booking?
The website is quite intuitive, it guides you through the different phases. Which basically are:
- Choice of the days you want. It will indicate the minimum number of days. It is conditioned by the stay, the dates or the accommodation. The website tells you.
- Determination of the number of people you are.
- Availability check.
- Payment of the reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Check that everything is correct. If you made a mistake, nothing happens. Contact me and we'll see.
- A few days before your stay I will contact you to give you instructions on how to access the accommodation, how to find it, where to park, etc.

What is the policy regarding pets?
Is a delicate topic. I understand that they are part of the family and we accept pets under certain conditions and depending on the accommodation/stay. Each accommodation indicates whether it is accepted or not and of course it is highly recommended that you inform me as far in advance as possible of the presence of your pet. You will see that at the time of booking in some stays there is an extra cost for accepting it. It is because I take out insurance in case there is an accident.
