Cancellation Policy
Our priority is to provide you with the greatest possible flexibility and comfort when booking your vacation home with us. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have the peace of mind to adjust your travel plans if necessary. The following is our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation with full refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, I will provide you with a full refund of the total amount paid.
2. Cancellation with partial refund: If you cancel your reservation between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date, I will offer you a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
3. Cancellation without refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund, and the total amount paid will not be refunded.
4. Modification of dates:
If you wish to change the dates of your reservation and notify me at least 15 days prior to your original arrival date, I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the modification results in a change in the cost of the reservation, the total amount payable will be adjusted according to the rates in effect on the new dates selected.
5. Force majeure cancellation policy:
We understand that unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your reservation at the last minute. If you find yourself in a force majeure situation, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to evaluate your particular situation. In such cases, we will do our best to find a reasonable and flexible solution for both parties.
6. Cancellation process:
To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email or telephone, providing the details of your reservation and the reason for cancellation. We will get back to you as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation along with the applicable refund details, if applicable.
It is important that you carefully read our cancellation policy when making your reservation. We also recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance to provide additional protection in case of unexpected cancellations.
